We offer the possibility of borrowing a fridge for a safety deposit of CZK 1500 and an extra CZK 10/day fee; if you have your own fridge, the CZK 10/day fee also applies. Alternatively, you can ask about the current price list at the reception. If you have your own TV, you need to also notify us of this and pay an additional fee of CZK 5/day. The hotplates located in the kitchens are intended exclusively for the preparation of food, and it is strictly forbidden to use one’s own hotplates or other heating devices in the rooms! The reason is to ensure safety and limit the power drain of sockets located in the rooms – using any heating device will lead to a power outage since the circuit breakers are protected against overloading, and the same also applies to heating or air conditioning units (these also cannot be used in the rooms).
Electric kettles located in the kitchens can be used by all guests, and so we ask guests not to take them outside of the kitchen area so that they may also be used by others. Similarly, only use your own electric kettles in the kitchens since their use in rooms is forbidden and may lead to a power outage.
The vending machines are located on the ground floor and offer a range of refreshments and snacks.
A WiFi internet connection is available for free in the area of the guesthouse, but this connection is only intended to provide basic connectivity (to take care of basic messages and/or emails). Guests interested in high-speed internet can make use of our high-speed internet service; the prices depend on our internet provider and amount to CZK 10/day for guests.
Incoming mail is stored at the reception and readied for collection – however, we are not responsible for incoming mail!
The washing machine is located on the ground floor opposite to the lift, and the keys are available at the reception.
